Australian owned, globally-minded

The Jobman idea came to life in 2009. A communication platform written for bespoke manufacturing aimed at SME business in a cloud environment. This was groundbreaking technology at the time, as tablets, smartphones didn’t exsist and Wi-Fi was only just being discovered. Since then, the vision has come to life, with hundreds of manufacturing clients enjoying the benefits of our end-to-end manufacturing software.

The directors’ unique combination of white-collar meets blue-collar skill sets quickly began setting the stage to resolve real-world manufacturing challenges within an affordable software application.

Understanding foundational business logic and the importance of transparent information, systems and processes were vital to a successful business. We continually assessed and addressed our constraints while listening to our clients to build the ultimate manufacturing tool.

Word spread quickly, and growth ensued. With a strong commitment to serving our clients through ethical business practices, companies of all sizes trust our manufacturing expertise and software capabilities.

Manufacturing complexities require technology to play an ever-increasing role as it strives to maximise efficiencies. By linking CAD-CAM, accounting, and cloud storage solutions to the growing power of Jobman, with a talented team of developers, training, and support, we continue to increase the bottom line for our customers.

Our growth and direction are to stay true to who we are and aim to be the leading Manufacturing ERP, educating companies on how they can grow proactively.

We invite you to join us and be part of our journey as we explore better ways of doing things with our customers.  We are continuing to discover the positive benefits of implementing systems that promote transparency and efficiencies while enjoying profitable growth.

Why we changed our tagline from "Manufacturing Software" to "Make it Good".

When you have a product that helps businesses become profitable, streamlines operations, fixes business constraints and issues, and even addresses family problems, it is hard to come up with a tagline, which is why we settled on Manufacturing Software many years ago.

Recently, we switched to “Make it Good” as our tagline, because it is more than a tagline; it’s a mindset. It embodies our conviction that every process, product, and person in manufacturing can continually improve.

Good isn’t a finish line; it’s a standard we keep raising.

For manufacturers, “Make it Good” means building better products with more intelligent systems. For teams, it’s about creating better ways of working, through connected data, automation, and collaboration. For Jobman, it’s the continuous pursuit of excellence in everything we design, deliver, and support.

Whether it’s a workflow, a customer relationship, or a line of code, we ask the same question: How can we make it good?

Because when everyone takes responsibility to make things good, businesses grow stronger, teams thrive, and manufacturing becomes better for all.
